People usually attend one church over another because of the comfort they feel with the church experience. The Pastor, the general beliefs, and the people of the church play a huge role in creating a feeling of comfort or "fitting in". The music program and the quality of the sound is important also and studies have shown that sound plays an important role in putting people at ease, regardless of the environment they might be in. When the sound is right, being moved by the word is much more likely. However, when the sound is distracting and unpleasant, it is likely that a less than pleasant experience will be the end result. It is our belief that great sound is a key element in the effective delivery of the word.

Sound System Design, Installation, Service, and Training. We can work from the ground up to install a sound system during new construction or remodeling. We can also repair, upgrade and/or optimize an existing system, or replace an existing system.
Listening Assistance System Setup/Installation. Do you have congregants that are hard of hearing? Consider a Listening Assistance System for those that are not hearing all of the service.
Multimedia Products Sales, Setup, Installation, Service, and Training. We represent a number of manufacturers such as DA-LITE and Phillips for projectors, screens, carts, and more.
Stage Lighting Sales, Installation, Service, and Training. If you need a lighting system for your choir, worship band, pulpit, the entire stage, or sanctuary - we can help!
Production Services for special events. Do you have a special event coming up that requires more technical production expertise than your sound team can provide? Consider having one of our sound technicians assist in the production. We can work with your sound system as is, supplement your system for greater coverage, or provide a stand alone system to insure that your goals for the event are met. We can also provide full production services to include stage equipment such as instruments or amplifiers, recording and duplication services, and lighting.

Q I am on a committee that is in charge of gathering sound system, video projector with screen, and stage lighting proposals for the church that I attend. We are planning a new building and will begin construction in about 6 months but are not sure who to call or where to start. What do you recommend?
A Many times a General Contractor will have an Electrical Contractor that will subcontract the sound/multimedia/lighting work to another company. In considering all of the options, you should seek out a company to prepare a proposal to address the sound/multimedia/lighting needs of the church. Axxis Audio should be tops on your list of companies to call for an evaluation and proposal. Once the proposals are in hand you should be able to get a feel for the bidding companies by the quality and content of the proposals. Are the proposals well written? Do the offering companies clearly communicate their recommendations? Or are the proposals filled with technical jargon and a bottom line that seems too high? Do the offering companies list the current Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price for each of the components in the system with discount prices that reflect good value? Do the offering companies have references that point to jobs well done? These are just a few of the questions that the church will need to ask once several proposals are in hand.
Q The sound system in the church where I attend does not sound as good as it used to. The gentleman that runs the sound doesn't know a whole lot about sound systems but is eager to learn. What do you recommend?
A So many times churches are faced with needing a sound system operator yet lack an audio professional in the congregation to call on for help. We can evaluate your sound system to determine if the problem is with the equipment or is adjustment related, then adjust and/or repair it to bring it back to optimum performance. We can also provide training to any number of interested individuals that would like to learn more about sound system operation.
Q We have received a donation that is to be specifically used for the upgrade of our sanctuary sound system. We don't know where to start or what will improve the sound the most. Can you help?
A Yes! The first thing we need to do is look at the sound system and pinpoint the "weak links" in the chain so to speak. From there we can prepare a proposal to outline our recommendations. Perhaps everything can be done with the budget at hand. If not, we can plan the upgrades in stages or phases if the current budget does not support everything now. In other words, let's look at the big picture and prioritize the needs. We can put together a plan that will allow the upgrades to build on one another to achieve the long term goals.

Q What kind of payment terms are available for our church?
A Although we do not offer extended terms for payment, we can bill the church with terms that we think you will find acceptable. We will accept your check, Visa, or MasterCard.
Q What are your business hours?
A Although our actual office hours are 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, we are available whenever you need us! As a Systems Contracting Company we do not maintain a retail sales location or walk in offices, so we have the flexibility to be available when your need dictates our presence. Our voice messaging service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Messages are picked up after hours and on weekends. We spend a lot of time out of the office with installations and service calls so please leave us a message if you miss us when you call. We can also be reached on our mobile line.
