PLAN OUTLINE |
With your System Profile on hand we are prepared to answer all of your sound system questions over the phone. If we are not in the office at the time of your call we will return your call as quickly as possible. We will come to you if necessary to recommend corrections to any system problem (per the limitations of this particular plan). If you need more service time than the plan affords, we offer a reduced price for additional service.
We provide you with up to 1 hour per calendar quarter of on site work that can include cleaning amplifier fans and cooling fins, making adjustments, checking for blown speakers, taking out equipment that needs repair, re-installing equipment that is back from repair, and more. As with your initial service plan, there will be an additional charge for actual repairs but no charge to deliver and return the equipment (excluding shipping and handling in the case of warranty or non-warranty return to a manufacturer). This service can be used however you see fit or we can schedule a day to come in every 3 months to perform the work.
This plan is in no way an insurance policy against equipment failure. We are doing our best to insure that problems will not occur but one must realize that anything electronic has the possibility for failure regardless of precautions taken to prevent it. If problems arise, it is our intention to assist you in solving the problem quickly and easily.
