This service plan has been designed with your sound system check up, adjustment, and training in mind. The Advisor Plan is for any facility with a sound system that may have minor adjustment, wiring, and operational problems. This plan lays the foundation for trouble free system operation. By choosing one of our ongoing maintenance plans, you can maintain the operational quality established by the Advisor Plan.

HOW DO WE ACCOMPLISH OUR OBJECTIVES? |
We begin by taking a walk through the facility with you. Once we have a clear picture of the problems that you have been experiencing we can proceed with correction. As we are checking each component in your system we will create an equipment list. Once we have the equipment list and basic wiring scheme we will create a System Profile to include other data such as list of problems found, recommended corrections, recommendations for handling equipment failure, and recommended upgrades. Your System Profile is provided to you for your permanent records. We keep this information confidential and available to you as needed. This also helps us answer any questions that may come up later.
We go through your wiring to see that your system is wired properly. If problems are found in either the wiring or any of your system components we will estimate the cost of repair and, upon your approval, either repair the problem while on site or provide the estimates to you with the presentation of your System Profile.
We clean dust and dirt away from amplifiers and other components to eliminate the possibility of thermal problems.
We adjust the sound system to achieve the best possible sound. Typically there is always room for improvement, and we will do our best to bring your sound to its’ peak potential.
We will instruct you and your staff in the operation of the sound system. This will often times provide you with new information and perspectives necessary for you to get the most out of your system.

LIMITS OF THE PLAN |
The sound system shall have no more than 24 input channels, 4 monitor channels, 6 amplifiers, and shall not exceed stereo 3 way operation. There shall be no time delayed speakers or 70 volt distributed peripheral speakers. There shall be no components requiring a lift or scaffolding to inspect. We will, however, work with any system outside of the limits of this plan for an additional charge.

COST OF THE PLAN |
The cost of the plan is $350.00. The time allotted to finish all work is 6 hours on site. Cost includes creating your System Profile and mailing it or e-mailing in Microsoft Word format.
Additional time - $60.00 per hour
Cost of repairs that cannot be done onsite during allotted time will be billed at actual cost of repairs plus handling charges. If you would prefer to facilitate the repairs, we can recommend a service facility.
