The +4 was designed with your complete sound system adjustment, improvement, repair, and maintenance needs in mind. The list of services that you will receive are many and we know that you will benefit from making this "sound" choice. This plan lays the foundation for trouble free system operation. By choosing one of our ongoing maintenance plans, you can maintain the operational quality established by the +4 plan.

Manage your sound system needs to make your job easier

We begin by taking a walk through the facility with you. Once we have a clear picture of the problems that you have been experiencing we can proceed with correction. As we are checking each component in the system we will create an equipment list. Once we have the equipment list and basic wiring scheme we will create a System Profile that will also include other data such as a list of problems found, recommended corrections, recommendations for handling potential equipment failure, and recommended upgrades. Your System Profile is provided to you for your permanent records. We keep this information confidential and available to you as needed. This also helps us answer any questions that may come up later.

We go through all of the sound system wiring to insure that you have good connections, and to check for improper wiring (phase reversal, improper hookup etc.). If problems are found, we will correct them using your parts and extra cables first before proposing that you purchase additional cable and connectors. This is all done to improve the quality of the signal as it moves along its’ path and to help prevent system failure due to bad wiring.

We clean as much dust and dirt away from amplifiers and other components as possible to eliminate potential thermal problems.

We check all components to insure that they are working properly. If minor problems are found that are correctable during the first service session, they are corrected at no additional charge to you. However if problems are found that are determined to need the services of our electronics repairman we will transport the equipment to and from our shop. If the repair involves returning a component to a manufacturer for warranty or non-warranty repair you will be responsible for shipping and handling.

We adjust the sound system to achieve the best possible sound.

We provide you with the option of continued monthly service to maintain the operational quality level that has been achieved.

The sound system shall have no more than 24 input channels, 4 monitor channels, 8 amplifiers, and shall not exceed stereo 3 way operation. There shall be no time delayed speakers or 70 volt distributed peripheral speakers. There shall be no components to inspect that require a lift or scaffolding. We will , however, work with any system outside of the limits listed herein for an additional charge.

The cost of the plan is $475.00. The time allotted to finish all work is 8 hours on site. Cost includes creating your System Profile and mailing it or e-mailing in Microsoft Word format.

Additional time - $60.00 per hour

Cost of repairs that cannot be done onsite during allotted time will be billed at actual cost of repairs plus handling charges and shipping charges if necessary. If you would prefer to facilitate the repairs, we can recommend a service facility.
